Who is this for?

How It Works

While we host dedicated events for those seeking romantic matches, the heart of CC-SA is Integrated Relating. Our doors are open to anyone—single, partnered, or 'it's complicated'—who believes that the quality of our lives is determined by the quality of our connections.

Step 1: Choose Your Bracket
We host labs specifically curated by age and intent (25–38, 39–55, and 45–57+) to ensure you are in a room of peers.
Step 2: Enter the Laboratory
A 3-hour facilitated journey using the Wheel of Consent and guided social play.
Step 3: The Matched Exchange
Our double-blind system ensures your contact details are only shared if a mutual connection (romantic or platonic) is made.

âś“ Success

Foundations Lab: Meeting & Matching (Ages 39–55)

A 1-hour immersive communication workshop, followed by interactive and social games of relating and connection, ending off with more traditional opportunities to connect. Participants learned to identify their "Social Edges," practice the "Art of the No," and master conscious communication.

The Conscious Difference

Relational Intelligence is a Skill.

In a world of digital noise, we have lost the art of the "Grounded Encounter." Whether you are looking for a partner, a deeper bond with your spouse, or a tribe of authentic friends, the biology of connection remains the same.

The Foundations Lab - Science of Safety
01. THE SCIENCE OF SAFETY

The Foundations Lab

Our structured workshops are the mandatory entry point. Using the Wheel of Consent and principles of nervous system regulation, we provide the "Language of Connection."

These facilitated sessions give you the tools to move beyond the social mask, identify your boundaries, and communicate with integrity. When we feel safe, we connect deeply.

The Connection Labs - Facilitated Practice
02. FACILITATED PRACTICE

The Connection Labs

Curated, facilitated social events—such as Blindfold Connections or Authentic Relating Games—designed to put your skills into practice.

Here, we replace the pressure of the "singles mixer" with Integrated Relating, allowing you to move beyond small talk into deep, intentional interaction with people who value growth over games.

The Social Playground - Organic Community
03. ORGANIC COMMUNITY

The Social Playground

Not every event is a workshop. We are a movement, not just a series of classes. Once you have completed a Lab, you gain entry to our "Unfacilitated Socials"—hikes, dinners, and outings.

These are low-pressure opportunities to connect with your new tribe in the real world, without a formal agenda, where we simply enjoy each other's company.

The Result: You leave not just with new connections, but with a clearer, more loving understanding of yourself—making you ready to meet someone who matches your frequency.

Educator • Coach • Facilitator • Mindful Change-Maker

Yuri Nunes (BSc Health & Sport Science, UP) — I spent years studying the body's mechanics and the mind's resilience. But I realised that the most important "laboratory" we have is our relationships.

I founded Conscious Connections SA to solve a modern crisis: we are more "connected" than ever, yet more isolated. Using my background in physiology and mindfulness, I design experiences that help you drop the social mask, regulate your nervous system, and find the courage to be your most authentic self.

I don’t just want you to find a partner; I want you to find your frequency.

Common Questions

The Friction-Removers

Q: Why is the Lab a prerequisite for certain events?
Because safety is our foundation. For our structured connection events, we require a shared language of consent and boundaries. This ensures that when we go "deep," everyone in the room knows how to honour themselves and others. Once you’ve completed a Lab, you are "Qualified" for our entire ecosystem.
Q: Is every event a facilitated workshop?
No. We believe in the balance of "Science and Soul." While our Labs are highly structured and facilitated, we also host informal Social Playground events—like group hikes or weekend brunches—where there is no formal agenda. These are purely for the joy of connecting with your community.
Q: Is this only for singles looking for a romantic partner?
No. CC-SA is a community for anyone—single or partnered—seeking high-value connection. Whether you are attending a facilitated "Match" event or joining an informal group hike, our goal is to help you find a partner, a conscious friendship circle, or a deeper relationship with yourself.
